1.background info: after growing up in maybe the last place in the world with the jr high school system i moved from elementry 6th to middle 7th and this is my expierience.
2.classmates: everyone is in couples. its very sad really, kids have thier parents take them on dates!!! middle school is nothing like on tv. in just two periods there are 3 goth/punk girls. i've noticed that talking alot helps only if you talk about stuff that everyone knows so that they dont get all confused and frustrated indide and then call you annoying. the things to say are: names of skate tricks, you can be an expert without having any skill; "dressing out", when in the locker room saying "im not dressing out" or "are you dressing out" is dumb conversation and it makes kids feel like they are the center of attention; race and speech agreement makes people feel like they know a person more. by this i mean if your black then mumble, if your white say things like tight and awesome, if your middle eastern say very little, if your asian try sounding smart.
3.the sexist pe teacher: my pe teacher allways punishes boys and gives rewards to girls. twice the girls and boys have had fitness testing things and there was a game to play when your gender wasn't being tested and the girls could play during the boys time and there own time but not the boys. she also gets boys out in games but not girls for things like high sticking and being out of bounds in games. when a boy addressed the matter he was told to shut up and had to sit out for the next game. i would like to note that girls break way more rules.
